I was trying to reframe my mindset this morning and looked up new things I could do today to kick-start my enthusiasm for life.

I read several listicles online and found a lot of repetition and generic activities. I also only found one or two things I haven’t done. So, I decided to write my own list.

Below are ideas for (possibly new) things to try.

Some of these are not pandemic-friendly (obviously travel and other group items will have to wait until after Covid), but planning a trip for when it is possible can kick start a whole set of actions — saving money, travel research, excitement, participation in online groups, etc.

Also, the 158 items listed above are all things I have done. (Numbers 84 and 137 are two of my favorites. I love tea and I just wrote my life script and it is pretty awesome…)

I am working on my own bucket list and may publish that later. If you have any ideas, please leave a comment!
